The TIRZ Project will calm traffic down South Alamo as seen on the 1st day of the TIRZ Project. VIA busses and trolleys, delivery trucks, and other traffic became calm during the first part of the morning into the afternoon hours on Monday, March 22, 2010.
Completing this project will insure that no accident will occur to many of our tourists/locals that patronize our businesses in Southtown.
